To start a new deconvolution and analysis job click on Start a job . Starting a new job is split into 5 main steps:

• Selection of raw images.
• Image parameters: enter parameters of the image and microscope.
• Restoration parameters: determine which parameters to use for deconvolution.
• Analysis parameters: determine which analysis to perform. Only available when a colocalization license is present.
• Launch: overview and selection of the output file format.
