• The Image Parameters (2/5)
• The Restoration Parameters (3/5)
• Analysis parameters (4/5)
• Launch the job (5/5)

To start a new job with deconvolution, chromatic aberration, stabilization, or colocalization analysis click on Launch jobs in the home panel.

Starting a new job is split into 5 main steps:

• (1/5) Selection of raw images.
• (2/5) Image parameters: enter parameters about the acquisition system and the image(s).
• (3/5) Restoration parameters: enter parameters for deconvolution, chromactic aberration, and stabilization.
• (4/5) Analysis parameters: enter parameters for colocalization analysis.
• (5/5) Launch: overview and selection of the output file format.
